Former Premier League manager Martin O’Neill believes Patrick Dorku can do the level he is playing for Manchester United.

Anthony Elanga scored the only winner as United suffered their 13th Premier League defeat of the season in a 1-0 defeat at Nottingham Forest.
O’Neill, who won the European Cup twice with Forest, was delighted his former club remained third in the table as they clinched a Champions League place next season.
However, when it comes to analysing United, the former midfielder took a hard line and hit out at Patrick Dorku, who has come under particular criticism.
The 20-year-old was making his seventh appearance for United since joining from Lecce in a £29.4m deal.
“They had Dorku tonight,” O’Neill told สมัครสมาชิก UFABET วันนี้ รับเครดิตฟรีทุกวัน Sports.
“If you play me like he does, I can do it! He plays on the left, he has the ball. And you’re saying, ‘Come on! Your job is to kill the opposition, go for it!’
“He crossed three times into the area in the first 10 minutes of the second half… it went in!”
“Maybe it’s the confidence, I don’t know what it is, but this happens at Manchester United in every position.”
And while Forest have impressed under Nuno Espirito Santo, O’Neill has made it clear that he believes there is a huge difference in quality between this side and Ruben Amorim’s United.
“They [Manchester United] have got a lot of good players,” he added.
“Bruno Fernandes is obviously a top quality player, but they don’t have the good enough players to be a threat in this league. And when I say a threat to Manchester United, I mean getting into the top four.”
